　　About Loader Certificate

　　裝載機(jī)操作證，又稱鏟車操作證，即鏟車上崗證，在2012年前由各地安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理局（簡稱為“安監(jiān)局”）頒發(fā)，在2012年以后由中國建設(shè)機(jī)械教育協(xié)會(huì)（簡稱為“中國建協(xié)”）頒發(fā)。

　　The loader operation certificate, also known as the shovel operation certificate, or shovel work permit, was issued by local safety production supervision and management bureaus (referred to as "safety supervision bureaus") before 2012, and after 2012, it was issued by the China Construction Machinery Education Association (referred to as "China Construction Association").

　　報(bào)考條件：報(bào)考人必須自身會(huì)實(shí)踐操作，我校不負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)踐培訓(xùn)。

　　Application requirements: Applicants must be able to practice and operate on their own. Our school is not responsible for practical training.

　　報(bào)名材料：身份證復(fù)印件、初中或以上學(xué)歷證書復(fù)印件、寸照

　　Application materials: Copy of ID card, copy of junior high school or above education certificate, passport size photo

　　備注：復(fù)審（必須證書到期前一個(gè)月申報(bào)復(fù)審）

　　Remarks: Re examination (must apply for re examination one month before the certificate expires)

　　發(fā)證機(jī)構(gòu)：中國建設(shè)教育協(xié)會(huì)

　　Issuing Authority: China Construction Education Association

　　證書有效期：每6年復(fù)審一次

　　Certificate validity period: Re examination every 6 years

　　報(bào)考條件：初中以上文化，年滿十八周歲，身體健康。

　　Application requirements: Have a junior high school education or above, be at least 18 years old, and be in good health.

　　下證周期：7天左右

　　Certification cycle: about 7 days
