一、挖掘機(jī)一級(jí)保養(yǎng)作業(yè)范圍

　　1、 Scope of first level maintenance work for excavators

　　每運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)國(guó)產(chǎn)設(shè)備120-150h(進(jìn)口設(shè)備250-300h)進(jìn)行一次。保養(yǎng)內(nèi)容是在完成例行保養(yǎng)作業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上完成以下項(xiàng)目：

　　Perform once every 120-150 hours of operation for domestic equipment (250-300 hours for imported equipment). The maintenance content is to complete the following items on the basis of completing routine maintenance operations:

　　1、 拆洗空氣濾清器、機(jī)油濾清器、燃油濾清器、通風(fēng)口濾網(wǎng)。

　　1. Disassemble and clean the air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, and vent filter.

　　2、檢查油溫表、水溫表、機(jī)油壓力表。

　　2. Check the oil temperature gauge, water temperature gauge, and oil pressure gauge.

　　3、檢查、緊固發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各部工作情況。

　　3. Check and tighten the working condition of each part of the engine.

　　4、檢查高壓油泵、供油泵及供油管路。

　　4. Check the high-pressure oil pump, fuel supply pump, and fuel supply pipeline.

　　5、檢查油門(mén)操縱機(jī)構(gòu)、熄火器、進(jìn)排氣管。

　　5. Check the throttle control mechanism, flameout, and intake and exhaust pipes.

　　6、檢查時(shí)規(guī)蓋、氣門(mén)蓋、油底殼、曲軸前后油封及外部機(jī)油管道。

　　6. Check the gauge cover, valve cover, oil pan, crankshaft front and rear oil seals, and external oil pipelines.

　　7、對(duì)潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)加添潤(rùn)滑油、脂。

　　7. Add lubricating oil and grease to the lubrication points.

　　8、檢查水箱、水泵，調(diào)整風(fēng)扇皮帶的松緊度。

　　8. Check the water tank and water pump, and adjust the tightness of the fan belt.

　　9、檢查機(jī)油散熱器。

　　10、檢查燃油箱、液壓油箱、燃油濾清器。

　　14、檢查各操縱機(jī)構(gòu)。

　　14. Check all operating mechanisms.

　　15、檢查拖帶輪、支重輪、驅(qū)動(dòng)輪、引導(dǎo)輪密封情況并加注潤(rùn)滑油（脂）。

　　15. Check the sealing condition of the towing wheel, supporting wheel, driving wheel, and guide wheel, and add lubricating oil (grease).

　　16、檢查駕駛室聯(lián)結(jié)件的緊固及密封情況。

　　16. Check the fastening and sealing of the cab connectors.

　　17、檢查起動(dòng)機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)，調(diào)整調(diào)節(jié)器、喇叭。

　　17. Check the starter and generator, adjust the regulator and horn.

　　18、檢查燈光、線路、保險(xiǎn)裝置、儀表、開(kāi)關(guān)。

　　18. Check the lighting, wiring, safety devices, instruments, and switches.

　　19、檢查電瓶及支架。液面符合要求，支架固定牢固，線路連接可靠。

　　19. Check the battery and bracket. The liquid level meets the requirements, the bracket is firmly fixed, and the circuit connection is reliable.

　　20、填寫(xiě)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)記錄。按要求填寫(xiě)保養(yǎng)記錄。

　　二、挖掘機(jī)二級(jí)保養(yǎng)作業(yè)范圍

　　2、 Scope of Secondary Maintenance Operations for Excavators

　　每運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)480-600h(進(jìn)口設(shè)備1000-1200h)進(jìn)行。作業(yè)內(nèi)容是在完成一級(jí)保養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上完成下列項(xiàng)目：

　　Operate every 480-600 hours (imported equipment 1000-1200 hours). The homework content is to complete the following items on the basis of completing the first level maintenance:

　　1、清洗氣門(mén)室，校對(duì)氣門(mén)間隙。

　　1. Clean the valve chamber and calibrate the valve clearance.

　　2、拆洗油底及集濾器，檢查大、小瓦，并按質(zhì)換油。

　　2. Remove and wash the oil bottom and filter, inspect the large and small tiles, and replace the oil according to its quality.

　　3、清洗潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，更換機(jī)油濾芯。

　　3. Clean the lubrication system and replace the oil filter element.

　　4、檢查、校正噴油嘴。噴油嘴霧化壓力符合要求。

　　4. Check and calibrate the fuel injector. The atomization pressure of the fuel injector meets the requirements.

　　5、檢修、保養(yǎng)發(fā)電機(jī)、起動(dòng)機(jī)。

　　6、檢查電瓶及聯(lián)結(jié)線。液面及比重符合要求，聯(lián)結(jié)可靠。

　　7、檢修全車(chē)線路、儀表、燈光、保險(xiǎn)裝置、喇叭、調(diào)節(jié)器、電磁閥等。線路無(wú)

　　9、檢修車(chē)門(mén)及搖機(jī)。開(kāi)關(guān)靈活、活動(dòng)自如。

　　10、檢查、調(diào)整離合器。間隙合適，分離徹底。

　　10. Check and adjust the clutch. The gap is appropriate and the separation is thorough.

　　11、檢查引導(dǎo)輪、支重輪、驅(qū)動(dòng)輪、行走馬達(dá)及轉(zhuǎn)向裝置情況。各輪良好無(wú)破

　　損，密封圈完好無(wú)滲漏。馬達(dá)工作正常，轉(zhuǎn)向靈活可靠。

　　12、檢查履帶板、履帶銷(xiāo)、履帶螺栓。無(wú)斷裂、磨損過(guò)甚情況。

　　12. Check the track shoes, track pins, and track bolts. No breakage or excessive wear.

　　13、檢查大臂、小臂、鏟斗銷(xiāo)、軸套。無(wú)裂紋，不松曠，工作良好。

　　13. Check the boom, forearm, bucket pin, and shaft sleeve. No cracks, no looseness, working well.
